The Purpose of QUEST

The Simpsonville, Spartanburg, and Greenville Stakes of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints are thrilled for our 2026 tri-stake youth conference, Quest. Over three days outdoors, young women and young men will be assigned to tribes and will journey together through immersive activities that bring the Book of Mormon to life. We will walk through the times of Nephi, Alma, and Moroni as we learn to come unto Christ and walk with Him. You will start in Jerusalem and travel in the “wilderness", following prophets, and facing symbolic battles that teach courage and faith. Youth will watch and take part in reenactments of pivotal scenes from the Book of Mormon. Then, they will gather with their  tribe leaders for guided discussions that deepen understanding and help us apply the scriptures to our lives today. Our faith and testimonies of the Book of Mormon and the Savior will grow through this experience. We hope you will fully immerse yourself in this experience—joining in devotionals, quiet reflection, and reenactments—and that you leave with a stronger love for Jesus Christ, a greater testimony of the Book of Mormon, new friendships, and memories you will cherish for a lifetime.
